Forms and Important Links for Payroll Clients

To provide us with information about your new employees or updates to employee information, please log in to our Secure Client Portal. Once logged in, click on Organizers on the left-hand side of the page, then select the organizer you need to complete from the drop-down menu.

  • To add a new employee or update current employee information: Please go to your Client Portal and click on Organizers, then select PR – Employee Information/Update Form
  • To submit your employee hours, wages, etc., use our Payroll Data Submission Template – Please upload this document to your client portal not later than noon on the 5th business day prior to your scheduled pay day (ex. Monday for Friday payroll). Don’t forget to check the task box in your reminder message so we’ll know the information is there and can start on your payroll.
